DRIVER MOBILE APPLICATION FAQ

Where do I go to get the app?
» If you are on an Android phone you can download the app by going to the “Play Store” and typing in “Transflo Mobile Plus”. The app should be first on the list – choose it and install it. If you are on an Apple device choose the App Store and again search for “Transflo Mobile Plus”. There is another Transflo mobile app in these stores but that is used for scanning paperwork only. It is not the full featured app. If you previously have downloaded this app it can be replaced by the Transflo Mobile Plus App.

After I download the app how do I sign in?
» After you download the app a registration screen will appear the first time you launch it. You need to “Agree” to the terms and then put “KSTS” for the recipient ID, your email, first and last name, last four digits of your SSN and phone number. After clicking “Next” you will be able to put in your DriverID. The app will then send a confirmation email to the email address you provided. The reason the app needs the last four digits of your SSN is that for future releases we plan to include settlement information in the app.

I know the load I’m accepting has several stops but I’m only seeing the first and the last stop – is this right?
» YES. The app will only display the first and the last stop of the load you are accepting.

After I accepted an “Assigned” load the “Ready To Scan” section reads that I have one trip ready to settle but I haven’t even started my load.
» The reason that the app is doing this is because it not intelligent enough to know that you haven’t finished your load yet. We suspect that this will be fixed in the future.
